MAIN THEATRE EVENING RENTALS
includes 2 theatre staff: a projectionist and a box office operator/concessions salesperson
MON-THURS NIGHTS
$250/hr for a minimum of 3 hours. After 3 hours, additional time can be reserved at $200/hr.
FRI-SUN NIGHTS
$500/hr for a minimum of 4 hours = $2000. After 3 hours, additional time can be reserved at $400/hr.
EXTRA COSTS
If over 100 people are expected at your event, you would be required to rent the media classroom at a flat $500 fee. This room can be used as a reception space or lobby extension. Additional staff can be hired for $25/hr. We are happy to offer concessions at a discount rate; exact price will depend on volume and specific needs.
